Shopping Process

You can enjoy shopping online all day. TeaholicsCustomer Service opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 9:00pm (include time zone)

Choose a quantity and click ‘Add to basket’.

step.3 Confirm your order
Check the quantity and contents of your order.

step.4 Delivery methods
We recommend you to choose Click Post for domestic delivery which dispatches a maximum of 3 packages of teas for 300 yen. If you order more than 4 packages of tea, tea in tins, tea wares, or gift, we dispatch your goods via parcel delivery service.
If multiple box sizes are shown, please opt to the biggest one so as not to restart payment from the beginning.
A confirmation message is sent to you after placing an order. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you by e-mail.
Note: If you don’t receive any e-mail after putting in an order, the order might not have been done correctly. Could you kindly message us on the page ‘Contact us’?

After receiving money, we’ll dispatch the items. If we don’t receive money for a week after your order, it is automatically cancelled.
Business hours: 9:00-21:00 weekdays except bank holidays

step.6 Dispatch
After clearing payment, we’ll dispatch the item/items as soon as possible.

Delivery Date

It takes about a week to deliver the item/items to you.
If you designate the date and time of shipping, please select on or after 7 days.
Business hours are only weekdays, we count a week for 5 days, and cannot dispatch items on weekends.
Payment On Delivery
・You receive the item by paying on a C.O.D (cash on delivery) basis.
・Cash on delivery fee is charged on you.
・Keep the receipt on a C.O.D, we don’t publish another receipt.
・C.O.D is possible when you select express package for delivery.

Worldwide Shipping And Delivery Information

We use Japan Post (EMS for overseas) or Yamato Transport for domestic to dispatch the majority of our orders and we aim to ship your order within 48 hours of it being received (excluding weekends & Japan public holidays).
You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver if you have supplied us with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Cancellations & Returns

We pride ourselves on bringing to you the freshest tea there is. And tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So teaholics doesn’t do returns.
Instead, please write to us at or send us a chat message from our website; we promise to do whatever we can to remedy the issue. When the day ends, your satisfaction is what matters to us.

Ensuring that our customers get only the highest quality teas is top priority for us at teaholics. However, if you think we’ve messed up somewhere- with the quality or with quantity or contents of your order, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support by email us at We’ll be glad to help you out with the best possible solution.

・Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail center and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded.

・Due to strict Customs Regulations in Australia we are unable to dispatch anything that contains Citrus Peel or Wood to this country.

・Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

・When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.

・Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.
