Banaspaty Tea Estate is a certified organic tea estate in Assam. It is located at 26.24°N, 93.84°E, the same latitude as the main island of Okinawa in Japan.

The leaf is small in shape, well-rounded and contains silver chips. Colour of tea extracted is orange and the taste is savoury and juicy. Slightly astringent and moderately sweet. Well-balanced, with a fruity, woody aroma, as if the fruits of the orchard were tasted in sequence.

TASTE

From the first sip, a vibrant, malty wave envelops the palate, with sweet, fruity notes reminiscent of dates and accents of cocoa. It is like a hidden treasure in a natural orchard, gently fading away, leaving behind a distinctive woody texture. With every sip, the essence of summer is felt.

Best enjoyed on its own but adding some milk also works well.

About Banapasty

Banaspaty Tea Estate is a USDA Organic and Fairtrade certified tea estate known for producing high quality Assam tea.

It is located in the Karbi Anglong tribal district of Assam, close to Nagaland and not far from the world-famous Kaziranga National Park. A visit to the weekly local market is a wonderful experience where locals sell ethnic products of indigenous crafts.


Shipping

Items will be reached within one week of ordering inside Japan.
In case of bank transfer, items will be dispatched after receiving money. It takes about 2-3 days for Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa, and for the rest area it takes about 1-2 days.

Delivery method

If your order is within three tea packages, post service is recommended to chose for your delivery with 330 yen only. When your order includes a tea-ware or more than 4 tea packages, please avoid using post service.
