AROMA
Rose, stone fruit and sweet grapefruit aroma.
TASTE
The light-bodied, pleasantly supple cup has subtle malt, vanilla and musk flavours. Delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and roses linger long after the first sip. Towards the mid-palate, luscious apricot-like kernel accents mingle with faint honey accents, giving the extract depth and a mellow texture. Finally, a sweet, grape-like aroma lingers in the air, which makes this white tea stand out.

About Castleton
The tea estate was founded by Dr Charles Graham in 1885; the Goodrick Group took over the tea estate in 1984. The tea estate used to be called Kumseri, but was renamed Castleton after a castle-like building called the Bank Ghar.
The Castleton tea estate covers 170 hectares and extends on the slopes of the Kurseong and Pancavali mountains, at an altitude of 980 to 2,300 metres. The tea estate is especially famous for its muscatel flavour tea manufactured in early summer.
